Q: Are all of your olive oils extra virgin?

A: Yes, all of our olive oils are EVOO (extra virgin olive oil) and first cold press, which means the oil that comes from the first cold pressing of the newly harvested olives.  The first cold press preserves the integrity of the vitamins, nutrients and aroma of the olive juice.

Q: Which olive oil is used as the base for your flavour infused oils?

A: We use our Tunisian olive oil as it has a more subtle natural flavour that does not compete with the flavours being infused.

Q: Where do your olive oils come from?

A: Our regional specific olive oils come from the countries that we source them from. Our Spanish olive oil comes from Spain, our Greek from Greece, Italian from Italy, etc.

Q: Where does your Balsamic vinegar come from?

A: Our Traditional Aged Balsamic comes from Modena, Italy.

Q: Where are the flavours infused?

A: Some flavours are infused overseas but most lots are hand-crafted in our Arizona facility.
