Creamy Balsamic Dressing

Ingredients

• 2 cloves garlic, minced
• 3 tbs mayonnaise
• 2 tbs lemon juice
• 1 tbs Dijon mustard
• 1 tbs sugar
• 1/2 cup Sapori Traditional balsamic vinegar
• 3/4 cup Sapori Meyer Lemon Extra Virgin Olive Oil
• salt to taste

Whisk together garlic, mayo, lemon juice, dijon mustard, sugar, and salt until well combined. Add the balsamic vinegar and whisk well. Slowly add in the olive oil while whisking.
