Toasted Sesame Oil

Sesame seed oil has a high proportion (41%) of polyunsaturated (Omega-6) fatty acids and is also a great source of anti-oxidants. It is often used as a flavor enhancer in Chinese, Japanese, Middle Eastern, Korean, and Southeast Asian cuisine. Great for stir-frying of meats, vegetables, or even an omelet.
